Dresden Royal Palace and its “new” exhibitions

The reconstruction of Dresden Royal Palace began in 1990 and is unique in terms of its scope and scale. The Historic Green Vault has now returned to its original rooms in the West Wing, while the former Palace Church – including its famous interlocking vaulted ceiling – has been fully rebuilt to create an outstanding event space. The Turkish Chamber, Armoury (including the Giants’ Hall) and the Gallery of the Electors have also been restored to their former glory. Your morning tour takes you around the New Green Vault and the most recent museum spaces to be opened in the East Wing – you’ll be amazed at what they have in store!
