Leichtbau – Zündstoff für die (Wieder-)Belebung der Industrie

Betrachten wir die Entwicklungen in Europa, so sind die Themen Sicherheit und Infrastruktur aus einem langen Schattendasein wieder ins Rampenlicht gerückt. Gleichzeitig wird deutlich, dass wir die Basis unseres technologischen und wirtschaftlichen Wohlstands hinterfragen und neu definieren müssen. Als vernetzende Querschnittsdisziplin – über Werkstoff-, Technologie- und Branchengrenzen hinweg – bietet der Leichtbau zahlreiche Lösungsansätze und kann dabei als Nutznießer neuer digitaler Technologien profitieren. Es ist daher unsere Aufgabe, neue Impulse für die Wertschöpfung unserer Region zu generieren und mit dem Ideenfunken aus der Wissenschaft industrielle Innovationen zu zünden.

Branchen zu vernetzen, Werkstoff- und Prozesstechnologien im Detail zu beleuchten, neueste Konstruktions- und Bewertungsmethoden zu diskutieren sowie Projektergebnisse mit hoher Marktrelevanz vorzustellen – das ist seit langem der Anspruch des Internationalen Dresdner Leichtbausymposiums. In diesem Jahr stehen wir mehr denn je vor der Aufgabe, neue Geschäftsmodelle zu identifizieren und uns internationalen, starken Partnern zuzuwenden.

In rund 60 Vorträgen und hochkarätig besetzten Podiumsdiskussionen werden wir vielfältige Fragestellungen zum modernen Multi-Material-Systemleichtbau vor dem Hintergrund einer nachhaltigen Kreislaufwirtschaft und der autonomen Digitalisierung erörtern, innovative Ansätze aufzeigen und branchenübergreifend Synergien aufzeigen.
